Logo
You will notice that our logo features imagery representing both India and Australia, reflecting that most of our members were born in India and have now made Australia their home. The logo incorporates the flags of both countries. Since TASA (Telugu Association of South Australia) is physically based and active in Adelaide, the acronym “TASA” is placed on the Australian flag. To symbolize that the rich culture showcased by TASA originates from India but thrives in Australia, we have chosen the outline of Australia as the shape of the logo.
We believe that culture is the heartbeat of community.
We believe that the Telugu language, traditions, and values are treasures to be cherished, shared, and passed on to future generations.
We believe in unity, inclusiveness, and respect for all cultures while celebrating our own identity.
We believe in service, compassion, and collective strength to contribute positively to the wider South Australian community.
